Our pricing uses a hybrid model combining population density (Census data) and regional cost-of-living indices to deliver fair, market-accurate estimates for your specific area.

Within each area type, rates are further adjusted based on your region's cost of living — so a rural town in an expensive corridor (like near DC) is priced differently than a rural town in southwest Virginia.

*Ranges reflect the full spectrum from Rural/low-COL to Metro/high-COL areas across all served states. Your actual rate depends on your specific location, tier, and cost-of-living index.
Payment Information
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, accepting:
- Major credit/debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards
- Online checkout
- In-person payment
Please note: We do not accept direct cash or check payments.
Upon request, we will gladly provide evaluation and treatment documents for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Patients may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may be charged a $20 cancellation fee, unless otherwise disclosed at booking.
No-Shows: Patients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a $40 no-show fee, unless otherwise disclosed at booking.
Exceptions: At the Platform's discretion, fees may be waived for emergencies beyond the patient's reasonable control (e.g., emergency medical care, labor and delivery, severe illness, family emergencies, military obligations, or emergency-response duties).
Military, Veterans & First Responders: Verified active-duty military, veterans, retirees, paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, police officers, Secret Service personnel, and other qualifying law-enforcement or emergency-response personnel may be exempt from cancellation and no-show fees (subject to reasonable verification).
Pro Bono: Pro bono appointments are not subject to cancellation fees; however, missed pro bono appointments without prior notice may still be subject to the no-show fee.
Refund Requests: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact customer.support@thatptguy.app within 10 business days of the appointment date. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
